Enterprise User Guide – How to Navigate the AI Matchmaking Platform

The AI Matchmaking Platform by GenAI Fund is designed to help forward-thinking enterprises discover, connect, and collaborate with world-class AI startups. Whether you’re curious about what AI can do for your industry or looking to develop a Proof of Concept (PoC), the platform makes it easier to discover opportunities, find potential partners, and start meaningful collaborations.

Step 1 – Sign Up

  • Click Sign Up on the platform’s homepage.

  • Select Enterprise.

  • You’ll have two options:

    • If your workspace already exists – Search for your company name, select it, and click Next. Then, you will be directed to register as the company representative (please use an email with the same domain as your company website).

    • If your workspace does not exist – Click Register Your Enterprise Now and fill in your company details.

  • Check your email for the activation link and click to confirm.

  • Once activated, log in to your enterprise dashboard.

Step 2 – Explore and Create Use Cases

  • On your Home Page, you can:

    • Browse available use cases from other enterprises for inspiration.

    • Create your own use case by clicking Submit Use Case, then fill in information. Click Create Use Case — our team will review it within 2 business days. Once approved, your use case will appear in the top section of your dashboard, and if you create multiple use cases, they’ll all be listed here for easy access.

Step 3 – Discover Startup Matches

  • Click on one of your use cases to see the full description and context.

  • Select AI Match to access a Tinder-style interface showing:

    • AI startups recommended by our AI matchmaking engine. At this stage, AI matchmaking can only run once. In the future, you’ll be able to re-run it for more results.

    • AI startups that have applied to your use case. We’ll also run a campaign to promote your use case to relevant AI startups, and you’ll receive notifications for new applications.

Step 4 – Interact with Startups

For each recommended startup:

  • Love – Strong interest in exploring further.

  • Pass – Not a fit for your needs.

  • Save – Keep for later review.

Step 5 – Review All Your Matches

Go to My Matches to see all Loved, Passed, or Saved startups in one place, making it easy to revisit and decide on next steps.

💡 Pro Tip: The more specific your use case details, the more accurate your AI-based startup recommendations will be.
