Startup User Guide – From Sign-Up to Winning Enterprise Collaborations

The AI Matchmaking Platform by GenAI Fund helps startups connect directly with enterprises actively seeking AI solutions. Whether you’re just starting to explore enterprise collaborations or are ready to pitch for a Proof of Concept (PoC), the platform makes it easier to find relevant opportunities, apply, and build meaningful partnerships.

Step 1 – Sign Up

  • Click Sign Up on the platform’s homepage.

  • Select Startup.

  • You’ll have two options:

    • If your workspace already exists – Search for your company name, select it, and click Next. Then, you will be directed to register as the company representative (please use an email with the same domain as your company website).

    • If your workspace does not exist – Click Register Your Startup Now and fill in your company details.

  • Check your email for the activation link and click to confirm.

  • Once activated, log in to your startup dashboard.

Step 2 – Browse Enterprise Use Cases

  • On your Home Page, browse all active enterprise use cases open for application. Click on a use case to view the problem statement, background, and specific requirements.

 

 

  • If your startup profile is incomplete, you’ll be prompted to update it before proceeding. The more relevant details you fill in for your company profile, the easier our AI engine will work to match you with relevant enterprises.

Step 3 – Submit Your Proposal

  • On the use case detail page, click Submit Proposal.

  • Choose to:

    • Upload a tailored proposal document (recommended for higher chances of success), or

    • Click Submit Proposal without a document to express interest.

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear once your proposal is submitted.

Step 4 – Track Your Applications

  • Go to My Proposals in your profile to review all your submissions.

  • Continue browsing and applying to other relevant use cases.

Important Note:

  • If you’re matched and selected by the enterprises, we will connect you directly with them for a use case briefing to explore the PoC opportunity. From there, selected startups will also receive support on funding and infrastructure via GenAI Open Innovation or the FastTrack AI Accelerator.
  • Make sure to keep your decks updated because enterprises are viewing them.

Additional Features

  • Go to Profile: View and update company and user information. Please fill in as much information as possible — the more relevant details you provide, the better our AI recommendation engine can match your solutions with the right enterprises.

  • Send Messages to Enterprises: You can also send messages directly to enterprises, making it easier to coordinate and discuss potential collaborations.

💡 Pro Tip: Tailor each proposal to the specific enterprise use case to maximize your chances of being shortlisted.
